Monika is a Court Certified Mediator for the Riverside County Superior Court, Palm Springs Small Claims Division, working with the Community Action Partnership Program and certified through Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Monika mediates the following cases in Small Claims Court: Real Estate Disputes, HOA Disputes, Tenant/Landlord Issues, Property Management, Business Disputes, Family Matters and Automobile Accidents. Monika is also a long-time experienced Ombudsman for the California Association of Realtors, resolving  cases that involve Consumers, Broker/Agents and Management/Business Disputes. Monika has the knowledge and the experience to apply the different styles of Alternative Dispute Resolution while being a neutral third-party mediator and resolving conflicts in a safe, calm and transparent environment for the participants.
